Battle of Britain 78th Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving & Wreath Laying
Her Honour will participate in the Battle of Britain's 78th Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving, 11:00 a.m. at the Anglican Cathedral followed by a wreath laying at the National War Memorial at 12:30 p.m. At 2:00 p.m. she will attend a reception at the RCAF Association, Pleasantville.

Her Excellency The Right Honourable Julie Payette, Governor General of Canada, will be officially welcomed to the province by Her Honour and Premier Dwight Ball. She will receive military honours, including a guard of honour, the “Viceregal Salute” and a 21-gun salute from members of the 5th Canadian Division, the Naval Reserve, Air Reserve Flight Torbay, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary and 5th Canadian Ranger Patrol Group
