August 2, 2023, 11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., Her Honour, The Honourable Judy M. Foote, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador, and His Honour, Howard W. Foote will participate in the 205^th Royal St. John’s Regatta, and officially start four races. Her Honour will start the Prime Creative Senior Men’s Short Course, Senior Women’s Long Course, and the General Workers Senior Men’s Races, and His Honour will start the City of St. John’s Labour Senior Women’s Race.
