Foote\, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador will attend and participate in a commemorative service in celebration of the life of His Royal Highness\, Prince Philip\, Duke of Edinburgh on Wednesday\, April 14 at 1:30 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in St. John’s. \nDue to public health guidelines\, attendance at the commemorative service is by invitation only\, however the ceremony will be streamed live on the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador’s Twitter\, Facebook and YouTube accounts and on Her Honour’s Facebook page.
