On Sunday, 2 May 2010, at 11:00 a.m. His Honour the Honourable John C. Crosbie, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador, and Her Honour Jane Furneaux Crosbie, will attend the Battle of Atlantic Church Service at the Anglican Cathedral of St. John the Baptist. Following the Service, His Honour will take the salute from the Parade on Water Street and participate in the wreath-laying ceremony at the waterfront.
At 7:00 p.m., Their Honours will be the guests of the Board of Directors of Shallaway – Newfoundland and Labrador Youth in Chorus at an Evening of Celebration in recognition of Susan Knight, CM, ONL, Shallaway Founder and Artistic Director, at the Dobbin Residence in Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s.

On Wednesday, 5 May 2010, at 2:30 p.m., The Lieutenant Governor, Honorary Chief of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, and Mrs. Crosbie will attend a Ceremony at Supreme Court at which Chief Justice Derek Green will Swear-in Chief Robert Johnston as the 20th Chief of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary.
At 3:30 p.m., Their Honours will host a Reception for invited guests at Government House to mark the appointment of Robert Johnston as Chief of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary.

On Friday, 7 May 2010, at 4:00 p.m., The Lieutenant Governor and Mrs. Crosbie will host a Reception for invited guests at Government House on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the Newfoundland and Labrador Physiotherapy Association.
