On Monday, 22 March 2010, at 10:00 a.m., His Honour the Honourable John C. Crosbie, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador, will prorogue the Second Session of the Forty-Sixth General Assembly of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador at the House of Assembly.
At 1:35 p.m., His Honour will inspect a Guard of Honour from the Canadian Forces and the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary at the Confederation Building.
At 2:00 p.m., The Lieutenant Governor will deliver the Speech from the Throne to open the Third Session of the Forty-Sixth General Assembly of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador at the House of Assembly.
Following the Throne Speech, Their Honours will host a Reception at Government House for Members of the Vice-Regal Entourage and other invited guests.
At 4:00 p.m., The Lieutenant Governor and Mrs. Crosbie will host a Reception at Government House for the Fatima Academy Concert Choir and other invited guests.

On Tuesday, 23 March 2010, at 2:00 p.m., His Honour, Honorary Chief of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, will present Police Exemplary Service Medals to members of the Constabulary stationed on the Northeast Avalon at a Ceremony at Government House. Following the Ceremony, Their Honours will host a Reception for the recipients and other invited guests.

On Wednesday, 24 March 2010, at 3:00 p.m., The Lieutenant Governor will present the Lieutenant Governor's Greenwing Conservation Award at a Ceremony at Government House. Following the Ceremony, Their Honours will host a Reception for invited guests.

On Thursday, 25 March 2010, at 12:30 p.m., The Lieutenant Governor, Honorary Patron of the Winterset Award, and Mrs. Crosbie will host a Luncheon at Government House for the 2009 Winterset Award finalists and other invited guests.
At 4:00 p.m., His Honour will present the 2009 Winterset Award at a Ceremony at Government House. Following the Ceremony, Their Honours will host a Reception for invited guests.

On Friday, 26 March 2010, at 12:30 p.m., The Lieutenant Governor and Mrs. Crosbie will host a Luncheon at Government House for the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Mounted Unit and other invited guests.
At 3:00 p.m., Their Honours will receive at Government House members of the 2959 Pasadena Army Cadet Corps.
At 8:00 p.m., The Lieutenant Governor and Mrs. Crosbie will attend the NSO Masterworks Series Concert #4 PUCCINI’S LA BOHEME (Opera in Concert) at the Arts and Culture Centre.

On Saturday, 27 March 2010, at 6:30 p.m., His Honour will attend “Spring Soiree 2010” hosted by the Autism Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and The Fluvarium at the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland.
At 7:30 p.m., Her Honour will participate in the CUPIDS400 Baby Guy Charity Event celebrating the birth of the first English child in Canada at the Cupids Community Centre.
