On Tuesday, 22 September 2009, at 11:00 a.m., The Lieutenant Governor and Her Honour Jane Furneaux Crosbie will attend the Change of Command Ceremony at which Assistant Commissioner W.A. (Bill) Smith will assume command of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, “B” Division, at RCMP Headquarters.
