On Sunday, 28 September 2008, at 2:00 p.m., His Honour the Honourable John C. Crosbie, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador, will be Reviewing Officer and will lay a wreath at the sixth annual ceremony of the Newfoundland and Labrador Police and Peace Officers' Memorial Association at the Police and Peace Officers' Memorial at the Confederation Building.

On Monday, 29 September 2008, at 9:15 a.m., The Lieutenant Governor and Her Honour Jane Furneaux Crosbie will attend the 42nd Annual National Workshop of the Canadian Property Tax Association at the Delta St. John’s Hotel and Conference Centre. His Honour will be the Keynote Speaker.

On Tuesday, 30 September 2008, at 2:30 p.m., The Lieutenant Governor and Mrs. Crosbie will attend the Investiture of the Order of St. John at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist where His Honour will be presented with the insignia of Knight of Justice. His Honour, in his capacity as Vice Prior of the Order of St. John in Newfoundland, will promote serving members, invest new members into the Order and present awards. Following the Investiture, Their Honours will host a reception for recipients and other invited guests at Government House.
At 7:30 p.m., The Lieutenant Governor and Mrs. Crosbie will attend the Annual Dinner of St. John Ambulance, Newfoundland & Labrador Council, at the Canadian Forces Officers’ Mess, Pleasantville.

On Wednesday, 1 October 2008, at 1:30 p.m., His Honour will bring greetings at the Grand Finale of the Cycle to Walk campaign of Ramesh Ferris, at City Hall.
