On Tuesday, 7 October 2008, at 11:00 a.m., The Lieutenant Governor will receive at Government House Her Excellency Ruby Evadne Coye, High Commissioner of Jamaica to Canada.

On Wednesday, 8 October 2008, at 6:30 p.m., Their Honours will be guests of Dr. Gil Dalton, Chair of the Board of Regents, and Dr. Eddy Campbell, Acting President and Vice-Chancellor of Memorial University, at a Reception at Gushue Hall to celebrate the leadership and contributions of Mr. Crosbie as the University’s fifth Chancellor.
